Role Description The Full Stack Web Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications that support 06 Fire Media’s lead generation, data services, social media, and graphic design workflows. This full-time, on-site role in Dhaka, Bangladesh involves building responsive front-end interfaces, integrating back-end APIs and databases, and optimizing applications for performance and security. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and deploy updates. Daily tasks include coding, testing, code reviews, documenting features, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and third-party tools. The role also includes contributing to process improvements and suggesting technical enhancements that improve client deliverables.
Qualifications

• Strong front-end development skills, including experience with HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Proficiency in back-end web development using modern frameworks and languages (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar), plus database design and integration.
• Demonstrated experience in full-stack development and software development, including building, testing, and deploying production-ready web applications.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, version control systems (e.g., Git), and basic cloud or hosting environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment, communicate clearly, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with UI/UX principles, responsive design, and performance optimization is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with analytics, automation tools, or integrations that support lead generation, data processing, or social media workflows is a plus.
