We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help build the applications behind our cybersecurity products.

You’ll work across the stack — Python services and APIs on the backend, React and TypeScript on the frontend — and take features from requirement through to production.

The engineering problem is interesting.

Our products work with large volumes of security telemetry, threat intelligence and risk data. Our users need to quickly answer questions like:

What happened?

What matters?

Where should I investigate?

What should I do next?

That means the interfaces you build need to do more than look good. They need to turn complex data into something fast, clear and useful.

You’ll work directly with our product team and security analysts to build those experiences.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain backend APIs and services using Python, Django and Flask

• Build React and TypeScript interfaces including dashboards, data tables, search, filtering and visualisations

• Design and evolve database schemas as our products and data volumes grow

• Optimise SQL queries and application performance

• Build asynchronous and background processing workflows

• Own features from technical design through development, testing, deployment and production support

• Debug issues across frontend, backend and database layers

• Write automated tests and participate in code reviews

• Work directly with product and SOC analysts to turn real operational requirements into shipped features

• Contribute to technical decisions as your ownership grows

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of professional experience building production web applications

• Strong Python skills with production experience using Django, Flask or a similar Python web framework

• Strong React and modern JavaScript fundamentals

• Experience working with TypeScript

• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs

• Solid SQL, relational database and data modelling skills

• Experience with background or asynchronous processing such as Celery, task queues or similar technologies

• Good HTML and CSS fundamentals, including responsive interfaces

• Experience using Git, Docker and CI/CD as part of a development workflow

• Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure such as AWS S3, EC2 and Lambda

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

• Good written and spoken English — our teams collaborate across countries and time zones

• Ability to work on-site from our Dhaka office

Nice to have

• Experience building dashboards or data-heavy applications

• Data visualisation or charting libraries

• Tailwind, MUI, shadcn/ui or another component/design system

• WebSockets, Server-Sent Events or other real-time application patterns

• Redis, caching and application performance optimisation

• Deeper AWS/Azure, Kubernetes or infrastructure-as-code experience

• Exposure to AI-powered features, LLM APIs, embeddings or RAG

• Golang experience

• An interest in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, SIEM or security data

• Open-source contributions or personal projects you can show us

You do not need to be a cybersecurity expert.

We would rather hire a strong engineer who is curious about security than a security specialist with weak software engineering fundamentals.

Interview process

1. Introductory conversation – 30 minutes
2. Take-home project for selected candidates
3. Technical interview covering frontend, backend and system design – 60–75 minutes
4. Final conversation with the hiring manager and Dhaka office visit
