Full Stack Engineer

Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain web applications and services that power GenAILabs’ AI-driven products. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, building and optimizing back-end APIs and services, integrating third-party tools, and ensuring performance, scalability, and security across the stack. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and data/ML engineers to translate requirements into clean, reliable code, as well as participating in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of the development lifecycle. This is a full-time remote role, requiring effective communication, self-management, and comfort working with distributed teams and modern DevOps workflows.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience delivering production-ready applications.
• Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Experience in Back-End Web Development, including building APIs, managing data persistence, and integrating services.
• Solid understanding of web architecture, performance optimization, security best practices, and testing methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines is highly beneficial.
• Ability to collaborate in remote, cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest or experience in AI/ML products and data-driven systems is a strong plus.
