Ajentica is an agentic AI and software engineering consultancy that helps ambitious organizations design, build and modernize complex digital products. Our teams work across healthcare, pharmacy software, HR technology and other enterprise domains where reliability, security and thoughtful product engineering matter.

We are expanding one of our healthcare product engineering teams and are looking for four Full-Stack Engineers with strong Angular and .NET experience. You will work within an Ajentica delivery team to build and enhance modern clinical and scheduling capabilities used in a complex, data-sensitive environment.

As a Full-Stack Engineer at Ajentica, you will take ownership of production-grade features across the frontend, backend and integration layers. You will translate product requirements into secure, maintainable software; contribute to technical design; collaborate closely with product, UX, QA and DevOps colleagues; and help the team deliver at speed without compromising quality.

This role is best suited to an engineer who is comfortable working with complex workflows, evolving requirements and systems where data privacy, auditability and operational reliability are essential.

• Design, build and maintain responsive web applications using Angular, TypeScript and CSS.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core and Microservice.
• Deliver end-to-end features across user interfaces, business logic, data access and service integrations.
• Translate complex scheduling, calendar and clinical workflows into clear, reliable product experiences.
• Design and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and third-party systems.
• Work with relational databases, write efficient queries and maintain sound data models.
• Contribute to solution design, technical estimation and engineering decisions.
• Write clean, testable and maintainable code supported by appropriate unit, integration and end-to-end testing.
• Participate in code reviews and help strengthen engineering standards across the team.
• Diagnose production issues, improve application performance and support reliable releases.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers and other stakeholders in an Agile delivery environment.
• Apply secure engineering practices when handling sensitive healthcare and personally identifiable information.
• Support documentation, knowledge sharing and the development of less-experienced engineers.

• Strong professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Advanced experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS and modern frontend architecture.
• Strong experience with C#, .NET and ASP.NET Core, Microservice.
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs, service-layer components and distributed integrations.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Practical experience with Entity Framework Core or a comparable ORM.
• Good understanding of object-oriented design, SOLID principles and common software design patterns.
• Experience with authentication and authorization approaches such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and role-based access control.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks for both frontend and backend applications.
• Proficiency with Git, pull-request workflows and modern CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with cloud-based application delivery; Microsoft Azure experience is preferred.
• Ability to investigate ambiguous problems, communicate trade-offs and independently drive work to completion.
  

Prior experience building healthcare, clinical, pharmacy, electronic health record or other regulated software products will be strongly preferred. In particular, we value candidates who understand:

• HIPAA-aligned engineering practices and the responsibilities involved in handling Protected Health Information (PHI).
• Data minimization, least-privilege access and role-based authorization.
• Encryption of sensitive data in transit and at rest.
• Audit logging, traceability and secure handling of clinical or patient-related actions.
• Secure development practices, vulnerability management and disciplined production access.
• The use of de-identified, masked or synthetic data in non-production environments.
• Privacy-aware application design and the importance of preventing sensitive information from appearing in logs, error messages or unauthorized workflows.

Candidates are not expected to act as compliance officers, but they must be able to translate security and privacy requirements into sound engineering decisions.

• Familiarity with Azure services such as App Service, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, Application Insights or Azure SQL.

• Understanding of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 or FHIR.
• Experience with Docker, containerized deployments and observability tooling.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive design for enterprise applications.
• Experience working with distributed, cross-functional or client-facing delivery teams.
