Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

As a Full-Stack Engineer, you own the system end to end: the backend that runs it, the infrastructure it runs on, and the frontend when it needs deeper engineering than the designer handles.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend

• Build and extend React or Next.js applications
• Take on frontend work that goes beyond UI: state management, data fetching, caching, performance, complex integrations
• Turn the design system into solid, reusable components

Backend

• Design and build APIs and services in Python or Node.js
• Model and query data — SQL databases, schemas, migrations, performance
• Integrate third-party APIs and data sources
• Write code that handles failure well: retries, logging, error states

DevOps

• Deploy and run our services on cloud infrastructure
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Handle containers, environments, secrets, and monitoring
• Keep things secure, observable, and cost-efficient

What We're Looking For

* Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or a related technical field, plus at least 1 year of professional or team-based experience — or at least 3 years of professional experience without a degree

* Strong backend skills in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript

* Solid SQL and data modeling

* Real React or Next.js experience

* Hands-on with cloud deployment, Docker, and CI/CD

* Confident with Git and collaborative workflows

* Uses LLMs and AI coding tools to ship faster while keeping quality high

* Curiosity, ownership, and a positive attitude

* Mandatory: fluency in written and spoken English

* Bonus: RAG pipelines, vector databases, agentic systems, MCP, LLM serving, fine-tuning and evals, semantic search, ML deployment

We Offer

* Salary: $300–$500/month, based on expertise

* Remote work with flexible hours

* Team is based in Bangladesh — weekends are Friday–Saturday, holidays follow the Bangladesh Government calendar

* Direct work with US clients on real production products
