Full-Stack Digital Marketing Manager – Real Estate
A Full-Stack Digital Marketing Manager should handle the complete digital marketing funnel—from brand awareness and lead generation to lead nurturing, site visits, and sales conversion.
Job Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute the company’s overall digital marketing strategy.
- Create monthly/quarterly marketing plans aligned with sales targets.
- Identify target customers for residential, commercial, and land projects.
- Analyze competitors and market trends.
2. Lead Generation & Paid Advertising
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Generate qualified leads for real estate projects.
- Manage campaign budgets, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Create different campaigns for apartments, plots, commercial spaces, and investment opportunities.
- Implement retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
3. Social Media Management
- Develop content strategies for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Prepare monthly content calendars.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators.
- Ensure consistent branding across all digital channels.
- Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and audience engagement.
4. Website & SEO
- Manage and improve the company website and project landing pages.
- Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research related to real estate and property investment.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, images, and technical SEO.
- Monitor Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
5. CRM & Lead Management
- Develop an effective lead-management and follow-up system.
- Integrate Facebook/Google leads with CRM.
- Track leads from Lead → Contact → Site Visit → Booking → Sales.
- Work closely with the Sales & Telesales teams to improve lead conversion.
- Analyze lead quality and identify the best-performing campaigns.
6. Content & Creative Marketing
- Develop concepts for property videos, reels, walkthroughs, drone videos, brochures, banners, and advertisements.
- Write or supervise ad copy, captions, headlines, and CTAs.
- Coordinate property photography, videography, and virtual tours.
- Ensure all content communicates the project’s USP, location, amenities, pricing, and investment benefits.
7. Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Monitor campaign and business KPIs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing reports.
- Analyze CPL, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, website traffic, engagement, and sales contribution.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Recommend actions based on performance data.
8. Marketing Automation
- Implement email, SMS, WhatsApp, and remarketing campaigns where appropriate.
- Develop automated lead-nurturing journeys.
- Set up follow-up campaigns for old and inactive leads.
- Maintain customer databases and audience segments.
9. Real Estate Project Marketing
- Develop digital launch campaigns for new projects.
- Create pre-launch, launch, booking, and post-launch marketing strategies.
- Promote project location, floor plans, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and construction progress.
- Coordinate digital campaigns with offline sales and promotional activities.
10. Team & Agency Management
- Manage Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Content Creators, SEO specialists, and digital marketing agencies.
- Assign tasks and monitor deadlines.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Customer Support, and Management.
- Negotiate with external vendors and agencies when required.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
A strong candidate should be evaluated on:
- Qualified leads generated
- Cost per qualified lead (CPQL)
- Site visit conversion rate
- Booking/sales conversion rate
- Cost per acquisition (CPA)
- ROAS
- Website traffic and organic ranking
- Social media engagement
- Lead response and follow-up performance
- Overall contribution of digital marketing to sales
