Full Stack Developer (Remote)

Position Overview:

The Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality SaaS software systems. This includes bringing strong skills in analysis, design, programming, and testing to support the transition of our platform to an AWS-hosted SaaS solution. The Senior Software Engineer applies their expertise in TypeScript, React, MSSQL, AWS, and modern frontend technologies to build new product features, support customer issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices. They work as part of a cross-functional agile team, collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and QA to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.

This role reports to the Development Manager and does not have people management responsibilities.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:

● 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in TypeScript &

React.

● Extensive hands-on experience with TypeScript is mandatory.

● Experience working with modern frontend frameworks such as React using TypeScript.

● Strong experience with relational & NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs, cloud development (AWS), and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).

● Skilled in designing scalable, stable, and cohesive architectures across backend services, databases, and web applications.

● Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, Confluence, and delivering high-quality, well-tested code.

● Knowledge of GIS technologies and associated scripting languages such as Python.

● Deep Agile experience, including pair programming, code reviews, and applying industry best practices.

● Experience with DevOps technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes. Experience working on SaaS products.

● Effective communicator, presenting complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

● Candidates with experience working at well-established/reputed software companies will be highly preferred.

Qualifications & Certifications:

● Tertiary-level qualification in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Employment Status: Full-Time

Office Hours: 4 AM - 1 PM
