Full-Stack Developer Needed to Complete News, Travel & Booking App MVP

I’m looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to help complete an existing News, Travel & Booking App MVP.

The frontend MVP is approximately 80% completed. I need a developer who can review the existing codebase, fix the remaining frontend issues, complete the backend/API development, and integrate everything into a stable production-ready application.

The platform combines:

• Local and travel news
• Travel destinations and tourism information
• Hotel and accommodation discovery
• Restaurant and attraction listings
• Activities and tour information
• Transportation/ride services
• Booking and reservation features
• User accounts, reviews and ratings

Frontend Work:

• Review the existing frontend
• Fix bugs and UI issues
• Complete unfinished screens and features
• Connect frontend with backend APIs
• Improve responsiveness and performance
• Ensure smooth navigation and user experience

Backend Work:

• Build and complete REST APIs
• Database design and development
• User registration, login and profiles
• News and content management
• Travel destinations and listings
• Hotels, restaurants, attractions and activities
• Search, filters and location-based services
• Booking and reservation system
• Booking status and management
• Reviews and ratings
• Notifications
• Admin panel/API integration
• Payment integration where required
• Google Maps/location APIs
• Third-party API integrations
• Authentication, security and validation
• server deployment and production setup

Developer Requirements:

• Strong Full-Stack development experience
• Experience with modern frontend and backend frameworks
• Strong REST API and database knowledge
• Experience with booking/travel/news platforms is preferred
• Ability to work with and understand an existing codebase
• Experience integrating third-party APIs
• Experience deploying applications on VPS/cloud servers
• Good communication and ability to work milestone-by-milestone

4. Recommended database and server architecture
5. Estimated completion time
6. Milestone-based cost

• I’m not looking to rebuild the entire application from scratch. The goal is to use the existing 80% completed MVP, fix what is necessary, develop the missing backend functionality, integrate everything properly, and bring the application to production.
