Job Description
We're looking to appoint an experienced and capable individual who can lead a new team to fulfil bookings which come in via a variety of means from MSP providers.
Experience we're looking for:
- 2+ years experience working in a fulfilment capacity in a similar field, such as Health or Social Care recruitment.
- Essential that it is a hands on experience, not just using technology for fulfilment, we need someone who has proven experience building relationships and persuading candidates to go to work.
- Experience of regulated and complex vetting would be beneficial
- Stable career history
- Must have excellent business English, spoken and written
Main objectives:
- Build relationships with external parties (the MSP providers - who provide the bookings)
- Fill bookings
- Source and clear candidates
- Work successfully with internal stakeholders
- In time - grow a team to support large volume recruitment
