Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist students, guardians, visitors, and prospective clients professionally and cordially.
- Understand and respond to students' and guardians' queries regarding our services.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and provide necessary information.
- Regularly follow up with prospective students and encourage them to visit the office and explore our services.
- Collect and organize required documents from students.
- Upload student documents and information to relevant online portals.
- Maintain front-desk records and perform day-to-day administrative activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client service.
- Support other office and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Experience:
- Education: bachelor in any discipline
- Skills: front desk operations, front desk operations, front desk, front office support, student recruitment, receptionist duties, secretarial skills, secretarial
