- Welcome and professionally assist guests, clients, and visitors.
- Manage the reception area and handle incoming calls.
- Receive and guide clients/visitors to the appropriate department or person.
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous communication.
- Handle basic visitor records and front-desk documentation.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to different departments.
- Assist with photocopying, printing, scanning, filing, and document handling.
- Support office staff with routine administrative tasks.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate basic office requirements.
- Assist in keeping the office environment organized and presentable.
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management.
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Education: bachelor in any discipline
