Role Description The Fresh Merchandiser will support day-to-day merchandising activities, including coordinating orders, tracking production, and ensuring timely delivery of garments to buyers. This full-time, on-site role in Gazipur Sadar Upazila involves preparing samples, updating order sheets, maintaining product documentation, and assisting with price negotiations under guidance. The Fresh Merchandiser will communicate with internal departments and external stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve minor issues, and ensure accurate information flow. The role also includes monitoring market trends, supporting marketing initiatives, and helping maintain strong customer relationships.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Customer Service skills to support client needs and maintain professional relationships.
• Sales and Retail awareness to understand buyer expectations and market preferences.
• Basic Marketing knowledge to assist with product positioning and promotional activities.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills for handling documentation, order tracking, and sample management.
• Ability to work on-site in Gazipur Sadar Upazila and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data entry skills.
• Preferred: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Textile, Merchandising, Business, or a related field; internship or project experience in apparel or retail is an advantage.
