Job Description
We’re Hiring: Menswear Fashion Designer (Part time)
📍 Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh (Remote)

Are you passionate about menswear, ahead of global and local trend cycles, and skilled at turning creative concepts into production-ready designs? [Insert Brand Name] is expanding, and we are looking for a talented Fashion Designer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Trend Analysis & Collection Design: Research current men’s fashion trends, seasonal color palettes, silhouettes, and fabrications to design competitive collections for retail and online stores.
Tech Pack Creation: Build detailed, accurate, and factory-ready Tech Packs (including flat sketches, measurement specs, construction details, and BOM).
Fabric & Trim Sourcing: Identify and select appropriate fabrics (cotton, blends, knits, denims, etc.) suited for menswear, ensuring quality, comfort, and cost efficiency.
Sampling & Fit Approvals: Coordinate closely with patternmakers and sample rooms to review prototypes, conduct fit sessions, and refine designs before bulk production.
Requirements & Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Merchandising, or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record in menswear design (experience in fashion retail/e-commerce in Bangladesh is a strong plus).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or digital CAD software for flat sketches and technical illustrations.
Strong knowledge of fabric properties, garment construction, and local textile markets.
Excellent eye for detail, fit precision, and contemporary menswear trends.
