Role Description This is a full-time, on-site freelance role based in Narsingdi Sadar Upazila. The professional in this role will support Grameen Bank’s local operations by engaging directly with community members and clients, helping them understand and access financial services and programs. Day-to-day tasks may include collecting and verifying client information, assisting with loan applications, maintaining accurate records, and supporting follow-up activities such as repayment tracking and client communication. The role may also involve coordinating meetings or group sessions, sharing information about financial literacy, and collaborating with branch staff to ensure smooth service delivery. The position requires regular on-site presence and active participation in local outreach efforts.
Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues, including strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills to manage documentation, maintain accurate records, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Comfort working on-site in community settings, with a willingness to travel locally within Narsingdi Sadar Upazila as needed.
• Basic understanding of financial concepts or interest in microfinance, community development, or social impact work.
• Self-motivated and responsible, able to work independently while coordinating effectively with bank staff.
• Minimum secondary education; additional training or experience in banking, administration, or social work is an advantage.
• Respectful and inclusive approach when working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
