Freelance Digital Marketer

Hawaez is a newly launched e-commerce platform, and we’re looking for a results-driven Freelance Digital Marketer to help us build our online presence, acquire customers, and grow sales.

We’re looking for someone who understands e-commerce marketing, paid advertising, social media, and conversion optimization—not just someone who can boost posts.

You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that generate qualified traffic, leads, and most importantly, online sales.

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for our e-commerce business
• Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns
• Manage and optimize Google Ads / Search campaigns
• Identify target audiences and develop effective customer acquisition strategies
• Create and manage promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal campaigns
• Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, conversion rates, and sales performance
• Monitor and improve ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates
• Work with creative/content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
• Implement remarketing/retargeting campaigns
• Identify opportunities to increase website conversions and repeat purchases
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in e-commerce marketing

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably for e-commerce businesses
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
• Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing and sales funnels
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions
• Experience with retargeting and customer acquisition
• Strong understanding of the Bangladesh digital/e-commerce market will be an advantage
• A proven track record of generating sales through digital marketing is highly preferred

We’re not looking for someone who simply says “I can run Facebook ads.”

We want a marketer who can think:

Traffic → Engagement → Conversion → Purchase → Repeat Customer
