About The Role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work to bridge the gap between industrial AI systems and real-world deployment. Based in Bangladesh, you will be responsible for taking our platform into industrial plants and commercial buildings, connecting it to the electromechanical assets already installed there, and making those assets operate better than they did before you arrived.

This is the work that turns a sales conversation into a live, optimizing site. You will collaborate with clients, facility teams, and internal engineering to deploy AI-assisted operational optimization across a facility's asset infrastructure. The role is highly hands-on and project driven, involving both technical implementation and stakeholder communication. It requires regular travel to customer sites and a willingness to spend real time on plant floors and in equipment rooms.

In This Role, You Will

• Support the deployment of AI-enabled operational solutions at customer sites, from initial site survey and asset assessment through integration, commissioning, and performance verification.
• Work directly with electromechanical assets( compressors, HVAC and cooling systems, pumps, motors, boilers, generators, and production equipment) to understand how they actually operate and where efficiency is being lost.
• Interface with clients and stakeholders to understand operational constraints, compile inputs, and provide constructive suggestions to re-calibrate AI solutions for asset lifecycle enhancement and energy-saving operational strategies.
• Integrate our platform with the existing control infrastructure at each site, including BMS, SCADA, PLC, and IoT systems, and ensure data quality is sufficient for autonomous optimization.
• Support pilot testing of AI solutions to bridge software with physical energy assets, ensuring asset and energy optimization workflows and predictive analytics perform as intended under real operating conditions.
• Serve as the feedback channel between the field and the product team, bringing site realities, failure modes, and integration gaps back into the development cycle.
• Contribute to technical report and product documentation (optional).
• Contribute to company initiatives and support business activities on an ad hoc basis as required.
  
  

Preferred Qualification

• Demonstrated professional experience with electromechanical assets and their operations in industrial facilities or commercial buildings
• Working knowledge of building cooling systems (HVAC operations and control systems), industrial utilities, and plant automation
• Proven experience in hands on and AI assisted coding
• Familiarity with building automation and industrial control systems, including BMS, SCADA, PLC, and common field protocols, is an advantage
• Willingness and readiness to travel regularly to customer sites across Bangladesh, and occasionally beyond (company sponsored)
• Proven communication and co-ordination skills, with comfort working alongside clients, facility operators, consultants, and senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for both technical and non-technical personnel
• Active team player and project organizer, with the ability to collaborate between client's issues and internal development team for rolling out the solution faster
