- Foreign Client Communication.
- Communicate professionally with overseas clients, buyers, and business partners through email, WhatsApp, phone calls, and online meetings.
- Email Correspondence: Prepare and respond to professional business emails.
- Handle quotations, proposals, invoices, agreements, and other business documents.
- Client Follow-up: Regularly follow up with existing and potential foreign clients.
- Collect business inquiries and update management accordingly.
- Business Development Support: Assist in identifying new overseas clients and business opportunities.
- Maintain and update a database of international clients and prospects.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and necessary documents.
- Management Support: Assist the General Manager and management team in handling international communications.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on foreign correspondence and follow-up activities.
- Experience: 2-5 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration (bba)
- Skills: global client management, front office support, global business development, office assistance, written communication & business writing, international business, international sales, asia business development, project support, back office operations
