Shift: Day Shift (9:00 AM – 6:15 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Work from the office during the assigned day shift
• Make outbound calls to clients in the USA, Canada, and Singapore
• Respond professionally to foreign clients’ queries regarding company services
• Explain products and services clearly and confidently to potential customers
• Schedule appointments according to clients’ availability
• Follow up with clients and take service confirmations
• Ask relevant questions to understand customer needs and close deals effectively
• Maintain proper communication records and client information
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client service support
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: 0
• Education: bachelor of social science in anthropology
• Skills: telesales, call center operations, customer service skills, call center technology, customer inquiries handling, front office support, international call handling
