Flutter Developer (Fresher, Contract – Revenue Share)

About the Job

IDoSync is a cross-device sync app that lets users sync clipboard content, notifications, contacts, and notes across their devices. Most of the UI, state management, and security layer is already built. The core remaining task is wiring up real services (currently connected to stubs) and getting the app ready for launch.

This is a remote, contract position for fresher Flutter developers.

Compensation: No payment until the app generates revenue. Once it does, you'll receive $700–$900 USD. This is a revenue share role, not a salary.

State management: This project uses flutter_bloc (v9.1.1), with a hybrid BLoC/Cubit approach: mostly Cubit, with one full Bloc for authentication (AuthBloc). All provided via MultiBlocProvider with get_it for dependency injection. Prior experience with this pattern is important.

What you'll work on

• Finish the remaining Flutter development
• Handle technical issues after launch
• Continue improving the app as it grows
• Connect Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions)
• Connect up the payment method, e.g. RevenueCat
• Create mobile widgets
• Test the app

Planned for after launch (added once the app gets active user traction, not now)

• Keyboard app for mobile
• Call log sync across cross-OS
• Photos and videos sync, similar to Google Photos
• Documents and audio sync

Who I'm looking for

• Fresher (this position is fresher-only)
• Good understanding of Flutter and Dart
• Familiar with APIs and real-time data
• Comfortable working with an existing codebase
• Shipped at least one real mobile app with the state management mentioned earlier
• Takes ownership and learns quickly
