We are expanding our mobile engineering team and looking for a passionate Flutter Developer who thrives in an agile, startup environment and is driven to build seamless, cross-platform experiences.

The Role

As a Flutter Developer, you will play a core role in our mobile software engineering initiatives. Working closely with our engineering and design teams onsite in Chattogram, you will architect, build, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. You will take ownership of the mobile development lifecycle, from concept and UI implementation to API integration and final deployment.

Key Responsibilities

* Application Development: Design, build, and deploy robust, high-performance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

* Architecture & Code Quality: Implement clean code architecture and maintain highly scalable, modular codebases.

* UI/UX Implementation: Translate Figma portal structures and design mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces.

* API Integration: Connect applications seamlessly to backend services, databases, and third-party RESTful APIs.

* Debugging & Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and continuously optimize application performance and API latency.

* Collaboration: Work directly with the core engineering team to define features, estimate timelines, and execute milestone-based sprints.

Qualifications & Skills

* Experience: Proven hands-on experience in mobile software engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed Flutter applications.

* Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of the Flutter framework, Dart programming language, and modern state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).

* Cross-Platform Knowledge: Additional familiarity with React Native and React frameworks is a strong advantage.

* Tooling: Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and digital design tools like Figma.

* Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mobile architecture challenges.

* Startup Mindset: Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of deliverables in a dynamic, onsite work environment.
