Role Description The Floor Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, responsible for overseeing daily operations on the service or showroom floor. This role ensures that customers receive timely assistance, clear information about services, and a consistently positive experience. The Floor Manager coordinates staff schedules, monitors workflow, and addresses operational issues to keep the floor running efficiently. Additional responsibilities include guiding team members, supporting staff training, enforcing company policies and safety standards, and resolving customer concerns in a calm and professional manner. The role requires active presence on the floor, regular communication with management, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to respond to inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with customers and team members.
• Experience or demonstrated ability in Operations Management, including coordinating floor activities and optimizing workflows.
• Ability to provide Training and guidance to staff, support onboarding, and reinforce service standards.
• Previous experience in automotive, retail, or service industry floor management is an advantage.
• Proven leadership skills, including team supervision, conflict resolution, and decision-making under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort working in an on-site, customer-facing environment in Dhaka, with flexibility for peak hours or weekends if required.
