Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gazipur for a Flat Knitting Machine Operator and sample maker. The role involves setting up and operating flat knitting machines, monitoring machine performance, and adjusting settings to meet fabric specifications and production targets. The position includes preparing samples according to design requirements, collaborating with supervisors and sample teams to ensure accurate interpretation of patterns, and maintaining machinery and tools in safe working condition. The operator is expected to perform routine quality checks during and after production, identify defects, and take corrective actions to uphold quality standards. Daily responsibilities also include following safety guidelines, keeping the work area organized, and communicating production status or issues to relevant team members.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Machine Operation and working with flat knitting Machinery.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control, including checking fabric consistency and identifying defects.
• Candidates should possess skills in using Hand Tools related to knitting machine adjustments and basic maintenance.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with supervisors, sample teams, and maintenance staff.
• Prior experience as a flat knitting machine operator or sample maker in a knitwear factory is highly beneficial.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, patterns, and production instructions.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to safety and compliance procedures.
• Basic educational background; vocational training in textile or garment manufacturing is an advantage.
