Butterfly Manufacturing Co. Ltd. is hiring a Fire Safety & Security Officer – General Admin for its home appliance manufacturing operations at Bhaluka, Mymensingh.

The selected professional will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure and compliant workplace through fire safety inspections, security monitoring, risk assessment, emergency preparedness and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
▪ Conduct fire, safety and security inspections
▪ Monitor CCTV, access control, gates and visitor movement
▪ Maintain fire extinguishers, hydrants, alarms and emergency equipment
▪ Conduct fire/security drills and emergency response training
▪ Monitor emergency exits and evacuation routes
▪ Perform HIRA, incident investigation and corrective actions
▪ Ensure fire, safety, security and factory compliance
▪ Maintain inspection reports and safety/security records
▪ Coordinate with relevant departments during emergencies and audits

Required Qualifications & Skills:
🎓 Diploma/B.Sc. in Fire & Safety, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science or relevant discipline
💼 1–5 years of relevant experience
🧯 Fire Prevention & Emergency Response
⚠️ HIRA & Risk Assessment
📋 Safety Compliance & Inspection
🔎 Incident Investigation
🤝 Training, Communication & Teamwork
💻 MS Office proficiency
