Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka within DEPZ, focused on actively exploring and securing new job opportunities in the zone. Day-to-day tasks include identifying suitable vacancies, collecting and reviewing job information, and preparing application materials such as resumes, cover letters, and supporting documents. The role involves visiting different companies, attending walk-in interviews or recruitment events, and maintaining regular communication with HR teams and placement agencies. The individual will track application status, schedule interviews, follow up with recruiters, and keep detailed records of progress. The role also includes continuous skill assessment, seeking training or guidance when needed, and aligning job search activities with personal career goals and employer requirements.
Qualifications

• Ability to research job opportunities, analyze role requirements, and organize application information in a structured manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing resumes, application letters, and interacting with HR and hiring managers.
• Good interpersonal skills, professional behavior, and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with company representatives.
• Basic computer skills, including use of email, office applications, and online job portals or company websites.
• Effective time management, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple applications and interview schedules.
• Motivation to learn, openness to feedback, and readiness to take part in training or upskilling programs offered by DEPZ employers.
• Minimum educational qualification of secondary or higher secondary level; vocational or technical training is an advantage.
