This position is suitable for someone who enjoys working with financial information, reviewing documents, maintaining records, and communicating with clients professionally.

• A university/college degree

• Finance or Accounting education preferred

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience

• Experience reviewing financial documents

• Strong English communication

• Excellent documentation and email-writing skills

• Confidence using Excel, Word, CRM systems, and databases

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with clients, following up on cases, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate should have:

• 1–2 years of client service, case management, or call-center experience

• Experience with inbound and outbound calls

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Strong follow-up and persuasion skills

• An empathetic and professional communication style

• Strong computer and documentation skills
