International Medicare Limited (IML) is looking for an experienced and analytical Financial Analytics Manager to join our Accounts & Finance Division.

IML is a leading healthcare organization in Bangladesh with four key concerns:

🏥 International Medical College Hospital (IMCH)

🏥 IMCH Diagnostic and Consultation Center

🎓 International Nursing College (INC)

💻 International Health Technology Unit (IHTU)

We are looking for a finance professional who can effectively manage financial operations, strengthen financial controls, ensure compliance, and provide meaningful financial insights to Management.

What We Want

• MBA/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• CA, ACCA, CMA, or partly qualified candidates will be preferred.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience, including experience in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, VAT, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/financial management software.
• Experience with ERP, MIS/HMIS, Power BI, dashboards, or data analytics tools will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in hospital, healthcare, medical college, or other large/service-oriented organizations will be an advantage.

What You Will Do

• Manage and supervise day-to-day Accounts & Finance operations.
• Analyze hospital financial and operational data, including patient volume, revenue, expenses, departmental performance, and KPIs, to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to Management.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and financial analysis.
• Oversee billing, collections, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash management.
• Ensure effective internal controls and proper financial documentation.
• Monitor financial performance and support Management in strategic decision-making.
• Drive cost control and identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax/VAT authorities, and other financial institutions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, tax, VAT, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor CAPEX and assist with financial evaluation of new projects and investments.
• Support financial system improvement and implementation of accounting technologies.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the Finance team.
