Job Description

• Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, variances, and analytical reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards (Bangladesh Bank circulars, IFRS, BSEC), tax laws, and internal policies through managing financial operations.
• Assisting in the development of annual budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance against budgetary targets, and providing variance analysis.
• Engage in cross-functional activities to implement efficiency drives, and enhanced reporting and control.
• Manage internal control systems and coordinate external audit processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and insights that support decision-making processes, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; CA, ACCA, or CMA preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive finance experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, and risk management.
• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems will be an added advantage (e.g., Oracle, SAP, QuickBooks).
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of making data-driven decisions.
