Finance Associate

Employment Type: Full-time

• Maintain financial records and reports.
• Support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and reconciliation activities.
• Prepare and analyze financial data using Excel.
• Assist with billing, invoicing, and month-end closing.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial transactions.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting (fresh graduates with strong Excel skills may be considered).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, reporting, and data analysis).
• Good analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work night shifts.
