Mahi Engineering Automobiles Ltd., a growing Automobile Workshop & Engineering Services Company, is looking for a qualified, experienced, responsible, and dynamic professional for the position of Finance & Accounts Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting, cash, bank, ledger, and journal records.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, P&L, Balance Sheet, and management reports.
- Manage workshop service billing, receivables, and payables.
- Monitor spare parts inventory, purchases, consumption, and stock reconciliation.
- Prepare and monitor job costing and profitability.
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Ensure proper compliance with VAT, Tax, TDS, VDS, and AIT requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax/VAT consultants, and relevant regulatory authorities.
- Maintain proper internal controls and financial documentation.
- Supervise the Accounts & Finance team and ensure timely reporting to management.
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Education: association of chartered certified accountants (acca )
- Skills: accounting, analytical skills, bookkeeping, business analysis
