- Prepare, analyze, and monitor budgets, product costing, and variance reports covering CapEx, OpEx, sales, and operational expenses, and communicate key findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct financial and business performance analysis to identify variances, cost trends, and opportunities for improved financial efficiency and profitability.
- Analyze daily inventory and materials variance reports (Input vs. Output) and support management in effective inventory planning and control.
- Monitor and analyze plant performance based on key KPIs, including operational efficiency, manpower costs, material wastage, and other relevant performance indicators.
- Calculate and analyze carriage inward and carriage outward costs per liter to ensure accurate product costing and effective cost management.
- Review expenses and cost allocations, identify incorrect cost-center postings, and coordinate necessary corrections to maintain accurate financial records.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including budget preparation, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting.
- Ensure accurate accounting records, physical inventory verification, documentation, and compliance with company policies, financial standards, and established procedures, including proper recording of expenses in Oracle.
- Experience: 3 to 7 years
- Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
