Accounts & Finance Executive

Location: Kakrail, Dhaka

Salary: BDT 45,000 to 50,000 per month

Educational Requirements

• BBA / MBA in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant discipline
• CA / CMA qualification or relevant professional certification will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain Financial Reports, Profit & Loss (P&L) Reports, and Sales Reports.
• Conduct Asset Evaluation and maintain proper asset records.
• Perform Bank Reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and monitor outstanding payments.
• Ensure accurate posting of financial transactions.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
• Maintain and update accounts using Tally Prime.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Assist in financial analysis and preparation of management reports.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting and P&L
• Practical experience in Sales Reporting
• Knowledge of Asset Evaluation
• Strong understanding of Bank Reconciliation
• Experience in Accounts Receivable Management
• Expertise in proper transaction posting and documentation
• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime
• Good command of MS Excel
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
