প্রধান দায়িত্বসমূহ:
- কৃষক নির্বাচন, কৃষি ঋণ বিতরণ ও কৃষি ঋণ আদায় কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা।
- নিয়মিত মাঠ পর্যায়ে কৃষক ও গ্রাহকদের সাথে যোগাযোগ রাখা।
- কৃষকদের মাঝে বীজ, কীটনাশক ও অন্যান্য কৃষি উপকরণ বিতরণে সহায়তা করা।
- বকেয়া কৃষি ঋণ আদায় ও ক্রেডিট ব্যবস্থাপনা কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা।
- কৃষকদের কোম্পানির সেবা সম্পর্কে সচেতন করা এবং প্রয়োজনীয় প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান করা।
- মাঠ থেকে সংগৃহীত অর্থ যথাসময়ে কোম্পানির অ্যাকাউন্টে জমা দেওয়া।
- মোবাইল অ্যাপের মাধ্যমে দৈনন্দিন কাজের তথ্য আপডেট করা।
- নির্ধারিত এলাকার ব্যবসায়িক লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অর্জনে কাজ করা।
- Experience: 1-5 years
- Education: bachelor in any discipline
- Skills: bangla language proficiency, business knowledge, must-have: analytical skills, technical training, key account development, basic technical skills, analytical skills, computer maintenance, technical mentoring, businessacumen
