- Providing technical support on-site and over-phone to customers (corporate and residential) regarding Operating System Settings (e.g. Windows), Network and Internet links, Service Usage and related issues.
- Interact with IP/VIP/VVIP concerned persons for Service related issues and overall Business Continuity.
- Maintain documentation of Network links, New Users, task details, equipment/ accessory details etc.
- Experience: At most 1 year
- Education: bachelor of science in engineering (b.sc. engg.)
- Skills: network engineering, technical-support, it support, technical support, field technicians, field service engineering, telecommunications engineering
