Role Description The Field Support Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Banani, responsible for providing technical support and customer service at client locations. This role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, as well as supporting various operating systems and related infrastructure. The Field Support Engineer will respond to service requests, perform on-site troubleshooting, and ensure that solutions are implemented effectively and documented accurately. Day-to-day activities include communicating with customers, managing support tickets, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining high standards of professional conduct and service quality. The role requires regular interaction with customers to understand their needs, provide clear explanations of technical issues, and support continuous improvement in service delivery.
