Field Service Inspector

Dinmajur Platform Service is looking for a responsible and field-oriented Field Service Inspector to monitor ongoing service activities across Dhaka and help maintain service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

This is an on-site, contract-based position that requires regular travel to customer locations.

• Visit ongoing service locations and inspect service delivery
• Verify that service teams arrive at the assigned location on time
• Check service quality, safety practices, and required service checklists
• Capture and maintain before-and-after photos and relevant service information
• Collect customer feedback and identify service-related issues or complaints
• Communicate any quality or operational concerns to the relevant team
• Submit a brief inspection report after each field visit
• Support the operations team in maintaining consistent service standards

• Must own a motorcycle
• Must have a valid motorcycle driving licence
• Comfortable travelling regularly within Dhaka for field inspections
• Able to use a smartphone for photos, communication, and digital reporting
• Responsible, punctual, professional, and attentive to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers and service teams
• Previous experience in field operations, inspection, customer service, or service supervision is an advantage but not mandatory
• Educational qualifications may be flexible for suitable candidates
