Field Sales Representative

We are a private marketing and distribution company based in Tejgaon, Dhaka. We market and distribute a variety of consumer products and business services through retail shops, stores, pharmacies, and other sales channels.

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Representative / Field Sales Agent to promote and sell our products and services. This is primarily a field-based role involving regular visits to retail shops, pharmacies, stores, wholesalers, and potential business customers.

• Visit assigned shops, pharmacies, stores, and other businesses to introduce and sell our products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the company’s distribution network.
• Take orders, follow up on deliveries, and support payment collection when required.
• Promote products, explain features and benefits, and answer customer questions.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
• Prepare regular sales and field-visit reports.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, distribution, or fieldwork is preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable working outdoors.
• Ability to travel regularly within Dhaka.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and reporting applications.
• Experience visiting retail shops, pharmacies, or wholesalers will be an advantage.

Location: Tejgaon, Dhaka

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Work Mode: Mostly field-based

Compensation: Negotiable, depending on experience and performance
