Field Sales Representative

Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Representative role based in Mirsharai Upazila. The Field Sales Representative will visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to promote Kiam Metal’s kitchenware products, build strong relationships, and ensure regular order collection. The role includes identifying new sales opportunities, executing sales plans, and meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets. Responsibilities also involve monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support pricing and marketing decisions. The Field Sales Representative will prepare daily visit reports, coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, and participate in promotional campaigns, trade shows, and market activations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong field sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors, and manage territory-based sales activities.
• Basic knowledge of sales reporting, route planning, and market data collection to support decision-making.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present product features and benefits clearly.
• Minimum secondary or higher secondary education; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Mirsharai Upazila and travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision in the field.
• Prior experience in kitchenware, household products, or manufacturing-based sales is beneficial.
