Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our Dhaka growth team. In this role, you will be on the ground across major commercial hubs in Dhaka, pitching and onboarding local shop owners to MyZoo’s merchant subscription packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Acquisition: Conduct daily cold calls and physical store visits within assigned Dhaka territories (e.g., Mirpur, Shyamoli, Mohammadpur, Dhanmondi, etc.) to onboard new shop owners to MyZoo.
• Package Pitching & Selling: Present MyZoo shop subscription packages to retailers, demonstrate app benefits, and convert prospects into paid package subscribers.
• Territory Mapping: Identify high-density commercial clusters, markets, and retail hubs to maximize daily merchant touchpoints.
• Merchant Onboarding Support: Assist shopkeepers during initial sign-up, digital storefront setup, and package activation.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly merchant acquisition targets.
• Relationship & Reporting: Build strong rapport with local store owners, handle initial queries, and submit daily field visit logs to the Sales Manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in field sales, merchant onboarding, or business development (prior experience in e-commerce, hyperlocal platforms, food delivery, MFS/Fintech merchant acquisition, or FMCG sales in Dhaka is highly preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Diploma holders with proven sales records are welcome).
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills in Bangla.
• Mobility: Willingness to move extensively across Dhaka city daily. Owning a motorcycle/two-wheeler with a valid driving license is a significant advantage.
• Tech Aptitude: Proficient in operating smartphone apps and basic digital tools.

Salary Benchmark (Dhaka Market Context)

For a field sales role requiring 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or merchant acquisition in Dhaka, a competitive compensation structure balances a base salary with performance incentives:

• Base Salary Range: BDT 18,000 – 28,000 / month (depending on candidate experience and negotiation).
• Conveyance / Travel Allowance (TA/DA): BDT 2,000 – 3,000 / month (or actual fuel bill coverage if operating via personal motorcycle).
• Performance Commission / Incentives: BDT 5,000 – 15,000+ / month tied to package conversion targets BDT 5,000 – 15,000+ / month tied to package conversion targets (e.g., bonus per paid merchant package onboarded).
• Total Target Earnings (OTE): BDT 30,000 – 45,000 / month for top performers.
