Job Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits and activities within the assigned area.
• Communicate with potential customers and provide information regarding loan facilities.
• Assess customers’ needs and eligibility and assist throughout the loan processing procedure.
• Identify and enroll new borrowers/members and collect the required information and documents.
• Collect loan installments and outstanding dues on a regular basis.
• Maintain regular communication and good relationships with customers.
• Prepare and submit necessary reports related to loan disbursement and collection.
• Perform other field-level duties as assigned by the management and in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum SSC qualification.
• Willingness to work in the field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, hardworking, punctual, and target-oriented candidates will be preferred.
