- Project Implementation: Facilitate the implementation of the "Enhancing Resilience of Coastal Communities ERCC-II" project in the Khulna district, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Community Engagement: Engage with local communities to understand their needs and challenges, fostering a collaborative environment for project activities.
- Climate-Smart Practices: Introduce and promote climate-smart agriculture practices to enhance the resilience of households vulnerable to climate change.
- Capacity Building: Conduct training sessions and workshops to build the capacity of community members in climate resilience and disaster preparedness.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Regularly monitor project activities and evaluate their impact, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes for submission to project stakeholders and donors.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with various stakeholders, including local government bodies, NGOs, and community leaders, to ensure effective project implementation.
- Resource Management: Manage project resources efficiently, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and donor guidelines.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks to project success and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all project activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Experience: 3+ years
- Education: bachelor in any discipline
