Female Student Counselor for LearnWell Academy

About LearnWell Academy:

LearnWell Academy is a growing language learning and study-abroad support platform offering English, Japanese, and Korean language courses, along with guidance for students interested in study-abroad opportunities. We are looking for a smart, confident, well-presented and student-focused Student Counselor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and recommend suitable language courses based on their academic and career goals.

• provide information about courses, fees, schedules, learning opportunities and study-abroad pathways.

• Handle phone, face-to-face and online counselling and follow up with prospective students.

• Convert qualified leads into enrollments through effective counselling and communication.

• Maintain student records, follow-up reports and assigned admission targets.

• Coordinate with the academic, marketing and admission teams when required.

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree / Graduation from any recognized university.

• IELTS course/certification will be an advantage.

• Background in English, Business Administration, Education or related fields will be preferred.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Good command of English communication, both written and verbal.

• Strong presentation, interpersonal, counselling and convincing skills.

• Smart, confident, well-groomed and professionally presentable.

• polite, courteous and student-friendly personality.

• Strong follow-up and customer relationship

Experience:

• Previous experience is not mandatory.

• Fresh graduates with strong communication and presentation skills are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in student counselling, education consultancy, language training, study-abroad support, sales or customer service Will be an advantage
