We are looking for an experienced and responsible Female Chef to manage daily meal preparation and kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have strong cooking skills, knowledge of food hygiene, and the ability to maintain high standards of taste, quality, and cleanliness.
Educational Qualifications
- Minimum SSC/HSC or relevant culinary training preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Chef/Cook, preferably in a corporate, restaurant, hospitality, or similar environment.
- Experience in Japanese, Asian, or international cuisine will be an advantage.
- Prepare daily meals while maintaining consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Plan menus based on requirements and available ingredients.
- Ensure proper food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Maintain proper storage and handling of food items.
- Monitor kitchen inventory and ensure timely purchase of ingredients.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment properly.
- Minimize food waste and control ingredient usage.
- Maintain an organized and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Ensure meals are prepared and served on time.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years
- Education: Minimum SSC/HSC or relevant culinary training preferred.
- Skills: Excellent cooking and food preparation skills., Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices., Menu planning and ingredient management., Kitchen inventory management.
