Bruvana is looking for a dynamic, energetic, and target-driven Business Development Executive to drive new business opportunities and expand our presence in the Food & Beverage & Institutional market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B & corporate clients within the Food & Beverage industry.
- Develop business opportunities with restaurants, cafés, hotels, resorts, catering companies, corporate offices, institutions, supermarkets, distributors, and other food-service businesses.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, referrals, field visits, and industry connections.
- Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, business meetings, and negotiations.
- Understand customers' food, beverage, and institutional supply requirements and propose suitable products/solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects to convert leads into business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales & business development targets.
- Identify new market segments, emerging opportunities, and potential strategic partnerships within the F&B sector.
- Manage key accounts and ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Accounts teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer support.
- Monitor competitor activities, market pricing, customer preferences, and industry trends.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, client reports, market updates, and business development reports for management.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices/payments and support the collection process when required.
