Charmella is building its fashion portfolio across Lingerie & Intimates, Bottomwear, Mid-Luxury Western Wear, Streetwear, and Pre-Teen Fashion.

We are looking for 2 Fashion Designers who can combine creativity with strong technical knowledge, market understanding, and a sharp sense of what customers actually want to wear.

You can apply if you are:

An experienced fashion designer

A mid-level designer ready for a bigger challenge

A talented fresher with a strong portfolio

A recent fashion graduate with strong technical knowledge

Someone who may not have years of experience yet, but is genuinely confident in their design ability

We care less about titles and more about skill, taste, technical understanding, and potential.

WHAT WE EXPECT

You should have a strong understanding of:

Fashion and market trends

Local and international fashion movements

Fabric, trims, color, silhouette and material selection

Garment construction

Fit, measurement and pattern fundamentals

Sampling and product development

Technical design / tech-pack thinking

Commercial fashion design

You should be able to take a product through:

Research → Concept → Moodboard → Design → Technical Development → Sample → Fit Correction → Final Product
