WE’RE HIRING: FASHION DESIGNER / MERCHANDISER

An upcoming athleisure brand is looking for a smart, proactive Fashion Designer/Merchandiser who can help us take products from concept to production.

What you’ll do:

* Design garments and develop product ideas

* Create clear, production-ready tech packs

* Source fabrics, trims, factories and vendors

* Visit factories when required

* Manage sampling and production workflows

* Follow up with vendors and maintain strong relationships

* Check quality, solve problems and ensure deadlines are met

What we’re looking for:

* Strong garment design and tech-pack development skills

* Understanding of fabrics, fit and garment construction

* Good communication and vendor-management skills

* Someone dependable, proactive and willing to learn

* Freshers are encouraged to apply if they have the right skills and attitude

This is a highly flexible, mostly work-from-home role that can be managed alongside your studies or other commitments. Factory visits will be required occasionally.
