- Provide comprehensive outpatient consultation, including history taking, physical examination, diagnosis, treatment, and prescription for patients of all age groups.
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions using evidence-based clinical practices and order/interpret appropriate diagnostic investigations.
- Promote preventive healthcare through health screenings, vaccination counseling, lifestyle modification, and patient education.
- Provide long-term management and follow-up for chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD, thyroid disorders, heart disease, kidney disease, arthritis, and obesity.
- Deliver family-centered care by addressing the healthcare needs of children, adults, elderly patients, and providing maternal and adolescent health counseling.
- Coordinate referrals to specialist consultants, review specialist recommendations, and ensure continuity of patient care.
- Accurately interpret laboratory reports, imaging studies, ECGs, echocardiograms, pulmonary function tests, and health screening results.
- Maintain complete and accurate Electronic Medical Records (EMR), including diagnosis, prescriptions, follow-up plans, and patient confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, infection prevention standards, patient safety policies, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including specialists, nurses, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, physiotherapy, nutrition, customer service, and corporate health teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
