Job Summary
Mitwa Couture is seeking a responsible, well-organized, and experienced Factory Manager to oversee daily factory operations. The selected candidate will ensure smooth workflow, timely production, quality compliance, and effective supervision of factory staff.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Cutting Master, Sewing Master, and factory workers.
- Plan, monitor, and guide daily production tasks to ensure efficiency and quality standards.
- Track production orders and ensure timely completion and delivery of finished products.
- Monitor stock levels of fabrics, threads, and other production materials.
- Procure raw materials as required and maintain regular communication with suppliers.
- Maintain and update production records, inventory reports, and worker documentation.
- Experience: 3+ years
- Education:
- Skills: garment manufacturing, garment industry knowledge, technical knowledge of garment production, garment production, textile industry knowledge, fashion industry knowledge, knit garment manufacturing, textile industry, manufacturing operations management, garment finishing
