Main Responsibilities
- Create and manage Ads Campaigns for Facebook and Instagram.
- Conduct accurate Audience Research and Targeting.
- Manage and Optimize Ads Budget effectively.
- Regularly monitor Campaign Performance.
- Scale, Pause, and Optimize Ads as needed.
- Ensure proper functioning of Pixel, CAPI, and Conversion Tracking.
- Adapt Strategy according to new Meta Algorithm and Ads System updates.
- Conduct A/B Testing for Ad Creative, Copy, Audience, and Campaign Structure.
- Provide regular Ads Performance Reports.
- Develop and implement effective Ads Strategy to increase Sales, Leads, and ROAS.
- Experience: 2-5 years
