Export Sales Manager

StitchGreen.com and Hateemtai.com a venture of ConstantMD Inc., based in California, USA. We are looking for few energetic and creative sales managers who has experience in selling leather, garments and other export products to international clients. He has to have the experience of developing new clients for export of leather, garments and other Bangladeshi export products.

Role Description This is a full-time International Sales Manager role based in Dhaka, structured as a hybrid position with some work-from-home flexibility. The International Sales Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities across global markets, build and maintain relationships with international clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role also involves tracking sales performance, forecasting revenue, and providing regular reports to leadership, while representing the company in virtual and in-person meetings, events, and industry forums as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in international B2B sales, preferably in leather, garments, food, medicine and other sectors.
• He or she has to have strong skills in lead generation, client relationship management, and contract negotiation.
• Proficiency in sales planning and strategy, including market research, opportunity analysis, and pipeline management to support revenue growth in global markets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently, manage and collaborate effectively in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
• BBA or MBA in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications in sales or international business is an advantage.
• Comfort with digital tools and CRM platforms for managing client interactions, tracking sales activities, and reporting performance metrics.
• He has to maintain a monthly and yearly sales target.
• Has to have some experience in telemarketing, email marketing and digital marketing.
