Expert UI/UX Designer | 5-10 Vacancies | Night Shift

Pixxen is looking for experienced and creative Expert UI/UX Designers to join our growing team.

We are hiring 5-10 UI/UX Designers for full-time, on-site positions. We’re looking for talented professionals who understand both visual design and user experience and can create modern, intuitive, and engaging digital experiences.

The ideal candidates should have strong UI/UX design skills, practical experience with modern design tools, and the ability to use AI tools to improve the design process. Experience using LinkedIn for professional research, networking, industry insights, and design trends will also be valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Design modern, clean, and user-friendly interfaces for websites, web applications, and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Use Figma and other modern UI/UX design tools to create professional designs
• Use AI tools and AI-assisted workflows for research, ideation, brainstorming, and improving design productivity
• Use LinkedIn for professional research, industry insights, networking, and discovering relevant design trends
• Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, content teams, and other stakeholders
• Maintain design consistency across projects, including typography, colors, spacing, components, and visual systems
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, AI tools, design technologies, and industry standards

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in UI/UX Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality web and mobile UI/UX projects
• Advanced knowledge of Figma and modern UI/UX design tools
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Strong knowledge of responsive web and mobile design
• Practical experience using AI tools for design research, ideation, and creative workflows
• Comfortable using LinkedIn for professional research, networking, and industry research
• Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of projects
